She earned her bachelors degree from SUNY Fredonia in music education, with a performers certificate for flute. Leigh is currently completing her masters in music education at Teachers College, Columbia University. Presently, she is teaching music classes at Teachers College Community School, as well as the Theresa Academy of the Performing Arts.
